We are located at: A 515 Sagar Tech Plaza, Andheri Kurla Road, Mumbai 72. Approximately 2 Minutes walking distance from Sakinaka Metro Station, Mumbai.
ABOUT THE POSITION
A full-time position as a counsellor with miGenie requires you to currently work from home and travel to our office (at the address specified above), once the current situation normalizes. It is thus preferred if you are based in Mumbai near the office location, but it is not essential. The position does not require outstation travel.
The timings for the job are between 9 am to 7 pm, with breaks (may be flexible on certain dates, depending on client availability and mutual agreement). You will get one day a week off as per your choice. All other days, including Sundays, are working (as per client schedules). Overtime is not applicable.
The salary for the position ranges from Rs 12,000 to Rs.15,000 if you start immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your position as a counsellor will require you to provide counselling sessions to gold and silver subscription miGenie family members as per set protocol, offer counselling to miGenie family members on specific areas of concern.
REQUIREMENTS
You should be around 23 - 25 years of age, and preferably a female.
1-2 years of experience is required, preferably with similar counselling work.
Behavioral counselling program certification from any reputed institute required. Additional qualifications welcome.
Proficiency in computer operations, email, MS office is required.
Excellent communication skills in English and any other 2 languages like Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, etc. are required.
Should be using your own device (laptop/desktop) and phone with an internet connection and should have a proper work from home setup to conduct counselling sessions.

You will be evaluated for the position based on an online test, followed by a subject matter interview, followed by a personal interview with the directors.
Training will be provided on our protocols.

Appraisals will be annual and based on your performance.
Upon completing 3 years of being associated with miGenie family, you can reach the position of an independent counsellor working with miGenie.
You will also gain knowledge, experience, training on the subconscious mind and its application in human thoughts, feelings, and emotions in this position.
