As the miGenie family expands globally with its complementary version, the system reaches out to people undergoing stress and tough times in their life. Many of our users are unable to afford expensive counselling sessions and are desperate for help. 

 

As they reach out to seek help using the miGenie app, you as a Volunteers are the first level to support these souls. 

 

We invite committed part-time volunteers who can contribute a few hours a week, for this social cause.

 

The simple system works in this way:

• Fill the form below to register.

• Our team shall review your request and speak to you.

• Our team shall register you on the miGenie system and share the user name and password with you.

• Download the miGenie success system app using the login and password provided by our team. 

• Define your available time on weekdays and dates you are not available.

• When someone in need, requests a callback, based on your availability, and the urgency, miGenie sends an SMS and a system notification to you, indicating that a call request is pending and a link to open the miGenie app.

• The details of the caller are available in the app. 

• Click on the caller details to dial and speak to them.

• If you do not respond in a certain time, the call is passed to the next available volunteer.

• After the call, rate the impact you could create in this conversation. The person requesting the call will also rate you, keeping the process transparent.

Our unique call back system ensures that you are never disturbed during private hours. Working on self-defined working hours, availability dates, volunteers offer their most precious resource - time to the miGenie family from anywhere in the world.
